What's the difference between cold brew and iced coffee?

Cold brew coffee is brewed at a cool temperature throughout the entire process, while iced coffee is brewed hot.  Our coffee is carefully prepared with our own unique blend of high quality beans, then steeped in chilly spring water within hours after roasting to ensure full flavor.  The lack of heat creates a taste profile that is much less bitter and acidic than what most coffee drinkers are used to.
